Add, rename, disable or restore dining tables. Table QR tokens remain fixed when a table is renamed.

Dining Tables
Safe removal: disabling a table removes it from new Staff sessions and active QR management but keeps its historical sessions, orders and permanent QR token. A table with an active dining session cannot be disabled.
